This plugin relies on the WooCommerce plugin as a third-party service and synchronizes your WooCommerce order information with ChinaDivision to assist you in shipping.
This plugin can automatically or manually sync your orders to ChinaDivision, and it also supports returning and updating your order with the ChinaDivision tracking number.
How to Install a Plugin
To install and activate your new plugin/extension:
- Go to https://www.chinadivision.com/woocommerce-order-fulfillment download the plugin .zip file to your computer.
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New to upload.
- Click Upload Plugin at the top.
- Click Choose File and select the .zip file you downloaded in step 1. Select Choose.
- Click Install Now.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to: WooCommerce > Order, Click the Setting button at the top.
input your ChinaDivision apikey and order prefix.
How to find ChinaDivision apikey?
You can log in to the ChinaDivision.com , click on your personal avatar in the upper right corner of the dashboard page, and find it in the settings option.
What does ‘order prefix’ mean?
If your order prefix is “CD_” and the order number is “1001”, after synchronizing to the ChinaDivision, the order number will be “CD_1001”.
ChinaDivision.com Privacy Policy
When using this plugin, your domain information will be recorded and saved through ChinaDivision’s domain https://stapi.cnstocm.com for the purpose of returning and updating your order with the ChinaDivision tracking number.
After uninstalling this plugin, the saved data will be deleted simultaneously.

It is easy to learn and easy to navigate and has most of the basic features that any store would need (Neither more nor less). good relation of groups to microgroups. It is very effective and useful to scan barcodes, I think the best is online access for our customers, the customization of packing lists makes the user experience is satisfactory and clear. and what makes this tool superior to the others is the ability to access everything remotely without intermediaries.
We have several channels of business and Chinadivision is fantastic for aggregating pending orders for our shipping department. The API function from external sites pulling in order information is a huge time saver and more importantly error reducer. Prior to using the program we were copy and pasting from individual sites and we did not have a place to store notes and shipping cost information. With Chinadivision our customer service team can watch/edit/make notes real time to orders for our shipping department to act upon. Chinadivision also stores historical shipping info such as tracking and SHIPPING COST (huge deal!) which is a tremendous time saver for our customer service staff as well. As our business grows and jobs are more segmented, Chinadivision has help us work smarter.

Chinadivision does a great job of importing orders from all the major selling platforms. Our primary site for sales is our independent site, and Chinadivision works great with it. It’s easy to import all our orders and then easily send out the shipment notifications to both our customers and to the independent site, helping us retain our top-rated seller status. I really appreciate how we can assign shipments to different employees or shipping terminals. This allows us to control who handles what, and we can get feedback on shipments based on who processed them. Overall, it’s a fantastic platform for handling your shipping. Setting up your FedEx account is easy too.
