The filter does what I need, which is basically the AJAX Product Filter. In general the functionality is still quite basic and lack some customization on displaying the search result compared to the established plugins. Nevertheless I give 5* which reflects the basic current functionality but also (even more) the responsive support which implemented some requests within a day.
