## Description

Just put frame on your picture when the mousse hover. You can choose color and width
of border and padding.
 When mouse on the image it change padding color.

Now you can choose the type of border

## Installation

Upload the frame image plugin to your blog, Activate it.
 go to admin panel and 
choose your color.
