## Description

SoldSteps Demo Import helps users quickly import demo content such as pages, posts,
menus, widgets, and customizer settings.

This plugin is designed to support themes that provide ready-made demo layouts, 
allowing users to set up a website similar to the demo in just a few clicks.

While it is primarily intended for use with the SoldSteps theme, it can be used 
by any theme that provides compatible demo import files.

Features include:
 * One-click demo content import * Imports pages, posts, menus,
and media * Widget and Customizer settings import * Simple and lightweight interface*
Uses WordPress-recommended import methods

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/soldsteps-demo-import` directory,
    or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. Go to Appearance  Demo Import (or the menu added by your theme).
 4. Click Import to load the demo content.

## FAQ

### Is this plugin required?

No. This plugin is optional and only needed if you want to import demo content.

### Does it work with any theme?

It works with any theme that provides compatible demo import files, but it is optimized
for the SoldSteps theme.

### Can I delete the plugin after importing demo content?

Yes. After importing the demo, the plugin can usually be safely deactivated and 
removed.
